The Austrian Citizenship

by Investment program is the fastest way of acquiring full European Union citizenship.
  • Is granted immediately and without residency requirements.

The Belgium Citizenship

  • No limitations on minimum residence a year.
  • Belgium citizenship after 5 years and No restrictions on dual citizenship.
  • The Belgium Residence Program (BRP) is mainly suited to business investors who wish to establish a Western European based company or to take stakes in an existing one. It is granted through business formation and creation of employments for Belgians.
  • Minimum investment in the five years of residence until citizenship is 350k – 500k.
  • The residency permit is issued within 4 to 9 months and will need to be renewed yearly for the initial three years of residency. It will then be transformed into a permanent residency permit.
  • A language test of either French, German or Dutch is required.

    Dominica runs one of the world’s most reputable Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Programs, which offers prudent investors the ability to access the world through a trusted and affordable route to a second citizenship. The highly reputable Citizenship by Investment Program in Dominica invites investors of good character to make an economic contribution to Dominica and in exchange, the applicant and their family are eligible to obtain full citizenship of the Commonwealth of Dominica, within the strict guidelines of the law. The Citizenship by Investment Program (CIP) of Dominica has been operating since 1993 and is legally entrenched in the Dominican Constitution and the Citizenship Act.

    Under current regulations, to qualify for citizenship of the Commonwealth of Dominica and obtain full legal citizenship and passports under its Citizenship by Investment Program, the Government requires A FOREIGN INVESTOR to make either a contribution into the Government Fund amounting to USD100,000 depending on the number of dependents included in the application or an investment in designated Real Estate with a value of at least USD 200,000.     From submission of the required documents to the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica, the processing time is approximately 8-12 weeks. It has quick processing times and offers the most affordable route to full, legal citizenship of any of the Citizenship by Investment Programs in the world. There is currently no mandatory interview requirement for the Dominican Citizenship by Investment Program, however an interview may be required at the discretion of the government.

    There is no requirement to reside in Dominica before or after citizenship is granted under the Program. You are not required to reside in Dominica to keep your citizen’s status. The obtained passport as a Citizen by Investment is a fully legal passport, and is universally recognized by all state parties to the UN. The laws of Dominica recognize and allow dual citizenship and you are not required to renounce your other citizenships. Furthermore, Dominica does not notify authorities of your country of residence or citizenship on your Dominican citizenship.

    With a Dominican passport, you can travel visa-free to around 120 countries, including the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong and Ireland. You will have the right to live and work in Dominica at any time. As Dominica is a member of CARICOM, you can also live in any other member nation. Holders of a Dominican passport, like all Caribbean countries, do require a visa to enter the United States, as they are not a member of the Visa Waiver Program.

    All Dominican passports are renewable after 10 years. Passports for children under 16 years old are for renewable 5 years’ time. Expired passports or those with no free pages can be easily renewed for a fee at the Passport and Immigration Department in Dominica or through any Dominican Consulate (with no need to personally travel to Dominica or its Consulates). You can renew your passport if you have sold the investment property as long as you held the property for the required number of years after obtaining your citizenship.

    C) General Procedure
    • (Week 1) Pre-screen the client passport copy for Government pre-approval.
    • (Week 2) A down payment of the professional fees will be required to open your application
    • (Week 2&3 ) We will provide assistance and advice with regards to the collection of the documents required in the checklist
    • (Week 4&8 ) Once you submit your application you need to pay due diligence fees, investment, government fees into the authorized escrow account.
